We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear, underwear, face coverings or any beauty products.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or with a smell of smoke or any other odor. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

While we hope you will be happy with your purchase our returns policy is as follows should you wish to return your purchase please print and complete our product return form available on our website.
To be eligable for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, with tags attached and proof of purchase. No make-up, tan or deodorant. No smell of smoke or perfume will be accepted, it will deem your return unrefundable.
We willissue a full refund within 2 days excluding postage upon receipt of receiving your return within the 14 day return time.
Items will not be refunded unless they are in the same condition as you received them in.
We will not under any circumstances accept refunds of any soiled pieces. Item returned are your responsibility until they reach our return deptartment.
